Head of Product Design
We are looking for a Head of Product Design to lead the design vision, strategy, and execution across our digital products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences.
Role overview
As Head of Product Design, you will own the end-to-end design process—from research and concept development to final UI delivery. You will mentor designers, establish design standards, and ensure design decisions align with both user needs and business goals. You will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, influencing strategy, and building a strong design culture across the organization. Competitive salary(based on experience)
Responsibilities
Define and lead the overall product design vision and strategy Manage and mentor a growing team of product designers Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams Oversee UX research, user testing, and design validation Establish and maintain design systems and UI standards Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across platforms
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design Proven leadership experience managing design teams Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design Experience working with cross-functional product teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience in startup or high-growth environments Familiarity with design systems at scale Background in mobile and web application design
